Our Policies

LATE POLICY

If you are running behind, there is a 15 minute grace period.  However, if you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be rescheduled with a new deposit charged.  This is to ensure we provide you the best quality of work.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that emergencies and schedule changes happen. However, we request that appointments are canceled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit that was made when booking the appointment (30% of service amount).

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  Please understand that we cannot get back the time spent on the service.  However, we are devoted to satisfy your needs.  Should you feel unsatisfied with the service and/or ending results please contact us immediately and come back to the studio within 4 days of your appointment.  A complimentary adjustment service will be offered.

FILL POLICY

Fills must be booked 2-3 weeks from the initial appointment and clients must have 40% of lash extensions attached after the removal of out grown lash extensions.  Fills booked after 3 weeks will be automatically considered a full set.
